Job Description

The Performance Analyst will work across multiple asset classes, including fixed income, equities, and derivatives. They will work on portfolio performance measurement, composite maintenance, and performance reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for monthly performance review and signoff for specific portfolios and benchmarks. Serve as a point of contact with internal clients such as product specialists, portfolio management, sales and marketing, client reporting, and the RFP team as it relates to performance measurement, attribution, and portfolio analytics. Investigate and resolve performance data discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner. Assist in the administration of GIPS, including managing policies and regularly updating procedures; maintain, review, and update GIPS Compliant Presentations; review disclosures and marketing materials for compliance with GIPS, and participate in the annual GIPS verification process. Ideal Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. 1-3 years of previous experience in the investment management industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm to learn. Progress towards MBA, CIPM, or CFA designation. Familiarity with performance and attribution tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar Direct, or Sylvan is preferred. Exposure to accounting or portfolio management systems.

The salary range is $79,000 to $110,000.

The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan.
