Pricing Specialist Job Details:
Snell & Wilmer, a nationally recognized firm, is seeking a
Pricing Specialist
to join our
Phoenix office . In this role, you’ll work closely with attorneys, practice leaders, and firm leadership to support pricing strategies, client proposals, and financial modeling that directly impact the firm’s success.

Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Develop and maintain
pricing models, budgets, and forecasts
for client engagements and proposals. Partner with attorneys, practice group leaders, and firm leadership to design
alternative fee arrangements (AFAs)
and matter budgets. Support the preparation of
client proposals and RFPs , providing financial insights and pricing recommendations. Research and analyze
market billing rates and competitive pricing trends
to inform strategy. Monitor ongoing matters for
budget adherence , identify risks, and recommend adjustments in support of LPM needs Conduct
post-matter financial reviews
to evaluate profitability and suggest improvements. Collaborate with Finance, Billing, and Accounting to manage client rate arrangements and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines. Create and deliver
reports, dashboards, and analytics
for firm leadership and attorneys. Assist in the development and implementation of
pricing tools, templates, and technology platforms
to improve efficiency. Communicate complex financial concepts to attorneys in a clear, actionable way. Support team with practice group budget management. Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. At least 1 year of financial or business analytics experience; law firm or professional services setting preferred. Strong
analytical and modeling skills , including advanced proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with
SQL, SSRS, Tableau, Power BI , MDX, VB, or other reporting/visualization and query tools a plus. Understanding of
financial statements, profitability metrics, and pricing strategies . Strong
written and verbal communication skills ; ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences
