Travel 2+ years current Med Surg experience - Required Charge RN experience required as the nurse may assume charge role Stroke, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Cardiac Rehab, Trauma and other serious injury experience - Required EPIC experience - Required May float to other Med Surg Units Travelers must have their own vehicle for this need Perm address must be included in profile for this need Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer ALL medical/occ health compliance items MUST be ordered/collected/resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance for this client.
