Volunteers Needed for the Tim Griffith Foundation's 2025 Annual Gala

Each year in November the Tim Griffith Foundation welcomes 300+ people to our annual Gala where we raise much of our funding to support programs and services for those impacted by addiction, violence and loss.
There are many roles required to make this event happen at different times the day of the Gala. To help make our 2025 Annual Gala on Saturday, November 8, 2025 a success, the Tim Griffith Foundation has a need for about 20 volunteers (ages 16 and over) from the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a great opportunity for high schoolers to log community service hours! All ages welcome 16 and over. Roles on the day of the Gala (11/8/25) at the San Mateo Elks Lodge include: Saturday, November 8, 2025 - General: * Morning set up of auction items at the Elks Lodge * Greeters * Silent Auction Monitors * Raffle Ticket Sales * Runners * Back Office Help * Check In * Auction Check Out and Valet * Auction Clean Up Saturday, November 8, 2025 - AV Support: * Morning set up of AV equipment * Evening AV Support * Tear Down of AV equipment There are many other roles, and we’d be happy to discuss how anyone may contribute.
