Saint Louis Crisis Nursery - Centene Center

is looking for volunteers to care for our Children's Garden and green spaces. Our kids' playground is sandwiched between two parking lots, so having a beautiful garden and well-maintained landscaping helps it feel more welcoming and kid-friendly.

Children's Garden Volunteers

will water flowers, pull weeds, trim trees, weed whack, etc. We have gardening tools and a weed whacker for volunteers to use. Opportunities are available for ongoing weekly volunteers and one-time/occasional groups of volunteers. Children's Garden Volunteers are welcome any day of the week between 9 am-5 pm. All of our on-site opportunities require covid vaccination. We are mask-optional.
