29th Pumpkins in the Park
celebration, and we need a team of enthusiastic and pumpkin-loving volunteers to help make it all happen! What You'll Be Doing: Depending on your shift and interests, volunteers may help with: Setting up booths, games, and unloading hundreds of pumpkins Overseeing event operations Supporting cleanup and breakdown at the end of the event Being part of a feel-good, community-powered event! Volunteer Shifts (Choose Your Preferred Time!): We have
4 different shifts
available throughout the day — perfect for early birds, afternoon helpers, or evening crew! Exact shift times will be shared upon confirmation. ⚠️ Please note:
Signing up does
not guarantee
your shift. Our Volunteer Coordinator will follow up with you directly to confirm your shift (s) placement. Communication is key - be sure to stay responsive via email as the event approaches. Who Can Volunteer? Ages
14 and up
(under 18 must have a guardian sign a waiver) Individuals, school groups, corporate groups, teams, clubs — all are welcome! No prior experience needed — just bring good vibes and a willingness to help!
