Strategic Human Resources Partner
This role focuses on aligning business goals with talent and organizational strategies. The individual will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leadership and employees, supporting key initiatives, identifying workforce needs, enabling talent development, and ensuring HR practices foster long-term growth. This position also serves as a connector across HR functions and business areas to support alignment and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Partner with assigned departments or business units to develop and implement workforce strategies that align with organizational objectives Lead and support change initiatives, talent development plans, and other HR strategies aimed at advancing business goals Leverage data insights from engagement surveys, workforce analysis, and learning evaluations to inform strategic direction and drive continuous improvement Facilitate the sharing and implementation of engagement survey results, and support ongoing progress tracking Collaborate with leadership on strategies to attract, retain, and engage talent; provide guidance on compensation strategy and alignment Maintain strong business acumen with an understanding of how operations, strategy, and financials intersect Serve as a point of escalation for employee relations concerns and investigations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations Use organizational and industry knowledge to inform HR practices and decision-making Advise stakeholders on potential legal and compliance risks related to employment matters Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, influencing decision-making through clear and strategic messaging Apply data analysis and critical thinking to support informed and strategic business decisions Manage a variety of tasks and may take the lead on complex projects as needed Operate with a high degree of independence, while collaborating as necessary across teams Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Typically requires 2+ years of relevant professional experience HOUGW34
