Job Responsibilities Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and develop personalized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional ambitions. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living engagements. Collaborate with Holistic Teams: Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and united patient care. Empower Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and their caregivers on therapy practices, promoting ongoing recovery at home. Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to help patients stay on course toward their goals. Qualifications
Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy. Commitment to ongoing education and advanced certifications is encouraged and supported. Licenses and Certifications
Active
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
license required. NBCOT
(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory. Desired Skills
