Job Description:

Pay:

Based on years of experience.

1-3 years: $25.52/hour

3-7 years: $31.03/hour

7+ years: $37.24/hour

(Must have aerospace experience)

Shift:

Must be available for all shifts – you will work a specific shift assigned based on skill and best fit with other team members.

Duration:

12-months – potential to extend or convert based on performance and budget.

Overview:

We have over 50 positions available under 4 position types:

Electrical Installations

Build connectors, splice wires, crimp, and terminate wires.

Install connectors to receptacles and electronic components.

Perform repairs and rework processes to incorporate authorized changes outlined by engineering instructions.

Fiber optic clean and inspection, light loss testing, routing and installation.

Bond & Ground operations to include CRNs, jumpers, ground stud installation & resistance testing.

Structural Fabrication

Use of various structural assembly tools such as Hi-speed and Lo-speed drills, Pneumatic and electric drills, nut runner and Quackenbush.

Set up and validate jigs and other tooling setup.

Perform close tolerance drilling and installations in critical aircraft structural areas.

Use of calibrated precision measuring tools.

Perform various fastener installation/removal tools and techniques.

Work with CFRP, aluminum and titanium for structural drilling, sanding, trimming and shimming.

Hydraulic/Pneumatic Systems

Install various parts and assemblies such as landing gear, aircraft control surfaces, exterior panels, carpets, blankets, roller trays/ball mats, stowbins, sidewalls, ceiling panels, lavatories, galleys, doors, and seats.

Install various aircraft system components such as tubing, valves, regulators, actuators, compressors, and ducts.

Use various hand tools and diagnostic equipment such as screwdrivers, ratchets, power screwdriver multi meters, continuity testers.

Functional Testing

Performs functional testing of aircraft electrical systems and components as well as perform aircraft systems troubleshooting and fault repair.

Assesses and documents test or analysis data to show compliance.

Identifies roadblocks and production constraints escalating issues which cannot be resolved by the team using open and clear communication.

Supports teammates to improve overall team performance by providing cross training and mentoring.

Adhere to high standards of Safety and Compliance to regulation.

High School Diploma or equivalent

required .
