We are seeking a senior-level
Java Software Engineer
with strong technical expertise to guide development efforts and drive high-quality software delivery in our corporate banking division. You will work on high-traffic, scalable microservices while providing technical leadership to both onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities
Design and develop Java-based microservices architecture
Ensure implementation quality, including maintainability, security, and performance best practices
Lead and mentor team members, distributing tasks and tracking progress
Integrate backend services with modern frontend frameworks
Conduct code reviews and maintain quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven expertise in Java/Spring frameworks and microservices architecture
Strong ability to develop RESTful APIs and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Proficiency with frontend technologies and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Demonstrated experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and containerization
