Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, project coordination, and interview scheduling. This person will communicate directly with our candidates via phone, video, and in-person and must provide a positive experience for all candidates. Roles and Responsibilities

Schedule all interviews for the recruiting team Support recruitment team with posting, auditing, organizing and updating openings Create interview itineraries as needed Assist in team special projects Assist in creating spreadsheets and inputting recruitment related data Manage administrative recruitment duties within the candidate recruitment cycle Position Requirements

Bachelors degree strongly preferred 2+ years in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment Coordination Preferred 1+ years Physician Recruitment coordination experience Advanced Microsoft Office Skills Ability to think and problem solve Excellent customer service to candidates and colleagues Excellent organizational skills Detail oriented with self-directed attitude Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and innovative value-based provider organization that is transforming the delivery of kidney care Flexible paid leave and vacation policy 401(k) plan with matching contributions About Monogram Health
