Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery (Travel Contract) Location: Washington, DC 20037 Shift: 12-Hour Night Shifts (3x12s) Contract Length: 13 Weeks Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to laboring patients, including monitoring vitals and fetal heart rates. Assist physicians with deliveries (vaginal and C-sections). Triage incoming patients and determine appropriate care level. Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects. Document all care using

Cerner

and

Fetalink

systems. Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. Operate standard Labor & Delivery equipment, including fetal monitors. Required Qualifications: Active RN license valid in Washington, D.C. Minimum

2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience BLS (Basic Life Support)

- Required ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

- Required NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

- Required AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring

- Required Experience with

Cerner EMR

- Required
