Expert Lead Integrator
to drive mission-critical transformation efforts across enterprise-level GEOINT systems, including the
Analytic and Exploitation Environment ,
Foundation GEOINT Mission , and
Compartmented GEOINT Enterprise . Key Responsibilities:
As a strategic leader, you will: Lead complex engineering coordination
across programs and organizational lines to support high-priority government initiatives. Partner directly with Government Office and Division Chiefs
to shape priorities, assign resources, resolve critical issues, and ensure successful delivery of engineering and integration efforts.
Drive modernization
across IT infrastructure, system resiliency, and GEOINT tasking and collection systems.
Your Impact:
Support development and integration of critical national security systems.
Enhance enterprise system performance and reliability.
Enable strategic alignment and execution of high-impact technology initiatives.
Core Duties:
Assess, document, and track new engineering requirements.
Facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to align Government and Contractor teams.
Support resource planning and cross-team coordination.
Develop and maintain project schedules aligned to strategic milestones.
Lead planning for Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews, including content development.
Prepare engineering documentation, reports, and integration plans.
Oversee change management to align resources, adjust priorities, and identify critical skillsets.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience in enterprise-level systems integration and modernization.
Strong leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with GEOINT systems or national security programs.
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive results.

Required Qualifications:Education & Experience
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field OR
18+ years of experience as a Lead Integrator in lieu of a degree
18+ years of experience in: Engineering, design, and analysis of IT or related systems
All phases of system design, development, analysis, and documentation
Developing standards and technical guidelines
18+ years of experience in government or industry supporting: DoD/IC Acquisition Processes
Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES)
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of the
systems engineering lifecycle
Security Clearance
Active
TS/SCI clearance , OR
the ability to obtain SCI eligibility and pass a polygraph
Desired Qualifications:Technical Skills
Working knowledge of
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
tools, processes, and languages
Familiarity with
Software Development Frameworks

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
