Job Description
Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for mid-senior full stack engineer to build clean, maintainable tools for our data scientists and engineers to interface with large-scale multi-modal data. You will be the first hire focused on owning the software stack, including the frontend and backend.
You’ll build internal tools, and cloud-based interactive data visualization dashboards that make complex sensor data understandable. You’ll be comfortable going broader than webdev tasks by designing systems that make our data and models usable by both researchers and end-users.
You’ll work closely with engineers and scientists, but you’ll set the tone for software quality and user experience across the stack.
What We’re Looking For
Experience building usable interfaces and resilient backends. A strong eye for design: clarity, structure, and usability in addition to visual polish. You care how data is presented and how tools feel to use.
Must-Haves
4+ years of experience in industry
Full stack experience across Python and TypeScript
Shipped dashboards or internal tools that people actually use
Built visualizations for time-series
Experience with web frameworks (e.g. React, Flask, FastAPI) and modern frontend tooling
Comfort working with APIs, cloud infra, and data pipelines
Good judgment about layout, color, and interactivity on projects lacking a full design spec
Bonus
We’d love to talk if you’ve worked with biosignals, behavioral data, or sensor-based UX
Why Join Now?
Own and architect the core technical pipeline at the heart of a radically new kind of neurotech and AI company
Work closely with a world-class science team
Build infrastructure that could reshape mental health, human understanding, and aligned AI systems
Help define engineering culture, standards, and scale-up strategy from day zero
