Preconstruction Manager

to join a rapidly growing, top-tier General Contractor and play a key role in shaping successful projects from concept to bid.

What You’ll Do as a Preconstruction Manager: Lead preconstruction efforts for commercial projects, including detailed estimates, take-offs, and schedules

Review bid documents and plan packages to fully understand project scope

Maintain and expand a robust subcontractor bid database through research and vetting

Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth preconstruction execution

What We’re Looking For:

8-10 years of proven commercial construction experience

Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and preconstruction processes

Proficiency with construction software and estimating tools

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
