Registered Nurse
The
Director of Nursing
plays a key leadership role in the delivery of clinical services. The Director of Nursing oversees the nursing staff, ensures quality patient care, and manages administrative and regulatory responsibilities. Responsibilities
Oversee nursing staff and ensure quality patient care. Manage administrative and regulatory responsibilities related to nursing services. Provide leadership to nursing teams, drive high standards of patient care, and foster a positive work environment. Collaborate with departments, professionals, consultants, and organizations including government regulatory agencies. Apply strong clinical skills to deliver safe, effective care with clinical judgment and hands-on expertise. Requirements
Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Minimum of three years’ clinical experience in geriatric care. Minimum of one year experience as a departmental manager in a skilled nursing setting. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
