Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior BSA, Oracle Cloud Manufacturing in Irvine, CA. Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst specializing in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing. This role is central to transforming and optimizing our manufacturing operations through the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing solutions within a Cloud Hybrid model, where Oracle Cloud interacts with Oracle EBS (specifically WMS). You will collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain planning teams, and IT to translate complex manufacturing requirements into scalable system solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to modernize manual, paper-based processes into intelligent, integrated systems that drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle Cloud Manufacturing implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support Gather and analyze manufacturing process requirements with business users Configure and customize modules such as Inventory, WIP, Planning, and Costing Develop functional and technical design specs for integrations, reports, and extensions Partner with RapidResponse planning team to integrate planned work orders Coordinate BOM and part-number data integration from Oracle Agile PLM (v9.3) Lead system testing (functional, integration, UAT) Deliver end-user training and documentation Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve root causes Collaborate with other analysts to ensure accurate product/vendor metadata and support data migration Act as liaison between business, IT, and external partners Stay current on Oracle Cloud Manufacturing updates and best practices Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Equivalent experience may be considered 5-10 years of experience as an Oracle Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on manufacturing 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules; MES experience (Oracle or other platforms) is a strong plus Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Manufacturing, ideally with integration to EBS WMS Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and their integration with other Oracle Cloud modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Finance, and EBS Warehouse Management Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio) and familiarity with project management tools like Jira Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Oracle EBS WMS and other Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Inventory, Costing, Order Management, WMS/LogFire) Experience with reporting tools such as MS Power BI, OTBI, BI Publisher Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for manufacturing and supply chain processes Experience integrating Oracle Cloud Manufacturing with systems such as RapidResponse, Salesforce, and PLM platforms Pay and Benefits
The pay range shown is the lowest to highest compensation Kforce reasonably believes it would pay at posting for this role. Final pay may be higher or lower based on factors including education, qualifications, experience, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSAs/FSAs, 401(k), life, disability and related insurance. Salaried personnel may receive paid time off; hourly employees eligibility for PTO varies by law and contract. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforces sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
