Major/Essential Functions:
Recruit, enroll, assess, and track participants as they complete protocols for various Psychiatry studies under the TCMHCC.
Assist Sr Research Associate and PI in coordinating and performing a wide variety of research relatedfunctions including assessments, data collection, data entry, interpretation of data and data analysis.
Facilitates IRB application for submission and review. Will fill out all paperwork associated with the recruitment and registration of patients into research studies including protocol paperwork with in the institution.
Other duties as assigned to include any research trainings.
Participates as a staff team member and represents the organization in state wide committees and collaborate in activities and projects, public events, workshops and training events.

Assist Research Director and PI in coordinating and performing a wide variety of research related functions including assessments, data collection, data entry, interpretation of data and data analysis
Employee will complete all necessary paperwork required within the established deadline. All paperwork must be kept in a neat and orderly fashion in order for easy access. Employee will follow all institutional and federal guidelines.
Attends all HRI/HUB meetings as a representative of the research team.
Reports accurately to the committees and host organization as well as reports activities to the Sr Research Associate, Medical Director and project Principle Investigators.
Complete project and team related duties as they are developed and assigned by the PI, funding agency and medical directors.
Conduct thorough literature reviews and synthesize findings relevant to ongoing research projects. Assist in editing and reviewing scientific manuscripts for journal submission.
Coordinate submission processes with co-authors and journals, ensuring adherence to publication guidelines.
Prepare and recommend adjustments to research posters and visual content for academic conferences as needed. Maintain and review accuracy of citations, references, and publication timelines.
Collaborate with research teams to ensure quality and consistency across all written materials. Strong grasp of research methodology and academic literature databases.
Remains current with all licensure, certifications and mandatory compliances and trainings required of this position.
Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes
