Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Process Management Manager to join their team. As a Process Management Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, adaptability, and collaborative skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Lead and oversee complex projects involving product innovation, digital device launches, and multi-brand initiatives
Mobilize project resources and onboard new team members effectively
Develop, control, and monitor end-to-end project plans ensuring timely delivery
Manage risks, changes, and facilitate fast decision-making processes
Coordinate with stakeholders across various functions to ensure project success and continuous improvement
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of multi-discipline project management experience
Experience with portfolio or program management is preferred
Knowledge of project management software such as Smartsheet is desirable
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and process compliance skills
