LaPorte, Texas . Essential Job Duties:

Maintain the protection of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities, prioritizing safety above all. Pay attention to detail and dedicate yourself to ensuring site reliability and high-quality products. Foster a respectful, supportive environment that encourages growth and success for all team members. Ensure compliance with PSM standards (MOC's, PSSR's, Procedures, Audits, etc.). Support plant health, safety, and housekeeping policies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Perform calibration, repair, and integrity checks of process instrumentation to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for process instrumentation to maximize equipment uptime. Provide technical assistance to production and engineering teams regarding process instrumentation applications and modifications. Maintain and update records related to the instrument department, including test equipment, tools, spare parts, and vendor resources. Stay informed and educated on current safety, technical, and quality practices to support continuous improvement. Be available outside regular hours to support plant operations. Provide on-the-job training to I/E technicians and other qualified personnel. Participate in teams and committees supporting organizational goals. Travel as required for work-related duties.
