About the Role The Senior Talent Partnerships Manager is a specialist role within My Code's in-house Studio team, responsible for building, scaling, and championing our creator and talent partnership offering. This role blends relationship management, product thinking, and campaign execution to develop a best-in-class, culturally resonant creator product that connects seamlessly with My Code's differentiated media, content, and distribution ecosystem. You will lead day-to-day talent sourcing and deal-making, and help establish My Code's presence in the talent ecosystem, solidifying our credibility and visibility with creators, managers, and agencies. As a key stakeholder in the Studio department, this role ensures that talent integration aligns with client goals, brand values, and cultural impact. Responsibilities Talent Strategy & Creator Product Leadership: Lead the evolution of My Code's creator offering, developing scalable processes, preferred rosters, and frameworks that elevate brand campaigns through authentic, community-connected talent. Drive innovation in how talent is integrated into social-first branded content campaigns and experiential activations, anchored in cultural authenticity and measurable impact. Establish a clear POV on the role of talent in todays media and marketing landscape and ensure offerings are current, inclusive, and competitive.

Credibility & Ecosystem Building: Solidify direct relationships with creators, agents, and managers, establishing the company as a trusted partner in the creator economy. Actively nurture a network of multicultural creators and thought leaders across platforms, fostering trust, transparency, and long-term collaboration. Help define and build My Code's talent reputation in the marketplace through active community-building, industry events, and timely communications.

Cross-Functional & Media Integration: Collaborate across Studio, Sales, Planning, and Research to ensure talent is an integrated, differentiated layer in branded content pitches and campaign strategies. Connect creator activations with My Code's media offerings, using first-party data, insights, and precision distribution to amplify reach and impact. Support strategic coordination between content and talent deliverables to maintain quality, consistency, and cultural fluency from pitch to production.

Execution, Process & B2B Leadership: Collaborate with Studios Creative team on concepts that thoughtfully integrate creators into 360 custom content campaigns. Own talent negotiations, usage rights, timelines, compliance, and campaign fulfillment with Legal, Production, and Project Management teams. Define and implement systems for sourcing, tracking, and reporting on talent performance across verticals and platforms. Deliver thought leadership in B2B settings, partnering with Marketing and Sales to showcase our creator product through case studies and client-facing collateral.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in talent partnerships, creator strategy, influencer marketing, or branded content, preferably in a media company, agency, or content studio. Proven experience building and scaling creator or talent-based marketing solutions that deliver measurable impact and cultural relevance. Deep network of influencers, content creators, and talent agencies, especially within historically underrepresented communities Black, Latine, AAPI, and LGBTQIA+. Strong understanding of digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and how creators drive value across verticals and funnels. Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and confidently manage high-profile talent relationships and negotiations. Fluent in talent usage, licensing, FTC and platform regulations, and brand safety standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident presence in client-facing or industry thought leadership settings. Highly organized, self-directed, and motivated to build something new with purpose and integrity. Deep passion for culture, community, and purpose-driven brand work. The anticipated base salary range for this position is

$110,000-130,000 . The base salary structure is determined on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
