The mission of the Regional Support Specialist (RSS) is to provide high-level, value-added administrative support to the Executive Director and regional programs as needed. Key Result Areas: Provide Administrative Support for Regional Executive Director Manage Regional Office Provide Regional Administrative Support Support Regional Programs Liaise between Central Support & Region for Marketing & Development Efforts Qualifications: Bachelor's or experience equivalency; related master's preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer literacy that includes proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites Excellent organization and coordination skills Some leadership experience preferred Employee Benefits: Competitive Salaries Insurance Premiums Paid 100% by Mentoring Alliance*
