The Reconditioning Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly and Flag Rate Compensation of between $33.00 and $38.00, plus a productivity bonus equivalent up to a maximum hourly rate of $50.00 per hour based on individual performance.
