CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Relativity Administrator to join our team supporting the legal organization within a large Federal agency. This is a full-time, experienced role in Technology Support. Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Note:

As a Relativity Administrator Analyst, work among a high-performing and collaborative team in supporting a government instance of Relativity. Apply a strong eDiscovery background and methodologies; collaborate with cross-functional technical and legal teams; deliver excellent client service. Communicate clearly and effectively to executive, business, technical, and client audiences; establish an effective client service approach for assigned projects with limited supervision. Support a government instance of Relativity, providing customer service and solutions to internal and external stakeholders. Prepare, process, and deliver collections, review cases, and productions using Relativity, File Intelligence, and other eDiscovery tools; assist in scheduling deliverables through the internal workflow system. Provide timely responses to day-to-day customer requests and support tickets; leverage Relativity expertise to train and troubleshoot case functionality, document review and tagging, and workflow solutions. Deliver well-articulated communications; ensure quality and consistency through established processes and best practices; participate in developing new processes and technology enhancements. Develop and document processes and methodologies to enable successful delivery and quality control; serve as a key stakeholder in technical project documentation. Build collaborative, engaging relationships with team members and clients; support Leidos team leaders to deliver stellar customer service. Assist management and customers with other client service tasks as needed. Qualifications
U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain a U.S. Government Public Trust security clearance (active clearance preferred). Bachelors (or equivalent). Minimum of 7 years of litigation, eDiscovery, or technical support experience with a focus on client solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment; experience with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM. Must be able to work remotely; prior experience with SQL, scripting, Relativity templates and applications; proficiency in Microsoft applications. Preferred / Ideally you will have
Relativity Certified Administrator or other relevant certifications. Federal agency issued security clearance; understanding of data management, Office 365, and cloud environments. Our Commitment
