Purchasing Agent

to manage the procurement of materials, components, and services that drive our manufacturing success. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll play a central role in supporting operations by sourcing high-quality products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely, cost-effective deliveries-all while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company goals.

In this critical role, you'll oversee supplier relationships, monitor inventory, and ensure that all purchased materials meet quality, price, and delivery standards. You'll be key to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently from sourcing through fulfillment.

What You Will Do: Manage and oversee current inventory to meet production needs Research, analyze, and forecast buying trends, markets, and products Source materials, components, and services with attention to quality and value Develop and maintain strong supplier and wholesaler relationships Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms Assess financial risks and ensure cost-effectiveness of purchases Collaborate with Accounting to resolve invoice or payment issues Visit suppliers as needed to address production or delivery concerns Maintain accurate records of promise dates, prices, quantities, and part numbers Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned Do You Have:

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-5 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience (manufacturing preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to make informed decisions quickly under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Understanding of purchasing procedures and legal considerations What We Offer:

Pay Range:

$65,000 - $75,000 per year
