Competitive, depending on experience Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500

orthopedic rehabilitation with a strong focus on hand and upper extremity care . The clinic is fully equipped for
splinting, manual therapy, and advanced modalities . We foster a collaborative team environment where PTs, OTs, and support staff work closely to deliver individualized care.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity and general orthopedic conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide manual therapy, therapeutic activities, modalities, and patient education Communicate effectively with referring physicians and team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in mentorship and clinical education programs Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) as needed Deliver care in accordance with professional standards and ethics Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Colorado OT license (or eligibility) Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential
preferred Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills New graduates with relevant fieldwork experience welcome to apply
