Masonry Estimator
About the Role:
We’re looking for a
detail-driven Masonry Estimator
who loves the challenge of turning complex drawings into clear, accurate numbers. If you thrive in high-stakes estimating and want to be the go-to expert for commercial masonry bids, this role is for you.
Responsibilities: Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications
Perform material take-offs, labor analysis, and cost breakdowns
Prepare bids and proposals for commercial masonry projects
Build and maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships
Assist in value engineering and project budgeting
Background:
5+ years experience in estimating (preferably masonry or concrete trades)
Proven ability to bid and win commercial projects
Strong proficiency with estimating software, Excel, and Bluebeam
Sharp eye for detail and accuracy
