About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Content Manager to join their growing B2B SaaS team. This mid-level role is perfect for someone who thrives on shaping brand voice, driving content strategy, and building impactful assets that fuel growth.
You'll be responsible for creating compelling, high-value content that strengthens our brand narrative, boosts SEO performance, and supports lead generation across the buyer journey. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and resonates with enterprise audiences.
The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Building and executing a comprehensive editorial and content strategy to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation.
- Owning and maintaining brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all written content.
- Managing a content calendar including blogs, white papers, case studies, eBooks, email campaigns, social media, and sales collateral.
- Leading SEO copywriting and continuously optimize digital content to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Collaborating with product, demand gen, and sales teams to create enterprise-level content such as solution briefs, thought leadership articles, and sales assets.
- Supporting integrated marketing campaigns with high-performing content for web, email, events, and paid media.
- Analyzing and reporting on content performance, using insights to refine and improve strategy.
The Content Marketing Manager will have the following experience:
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, or SEO (ideally within SaaS or tech).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with proven experience producing enterprise-level content.
- Expertise in SEO strategy and tools
- Experience defining and scaling brand voice and messaging frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Background in B2B enterprise content marketing and demand generation.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot.
- Experience with localization or GEO-targeted content strategies.
