Maintenance Technician - Industrial & Facilities (Afternoon Shift) Location:

Saxonburg, PA 2nd shift - Afternoon Shift (3 PM - 11 PM) PLEASE NOTE: For the first several weeks, all new hires will train during 1st shift, 8am - 4pm, then move to afternoons Who We Are We design and manufacture advanced laser and optics technologies that serve industries like healthcare and electronics. COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE

who can keep high-performance equipment and systems running at peak efficiency in a busy production environment.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Maintaining and repairing the Industrial Coating Systems Ensure equipment is operating properly

by performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to minimize downtime and production loss. Complete preventive maintenance tasks

on schedule and in line with performance standards. Maintain coating system operation components

to the highest level of performance, preventing interruptions or breakdowns.

Experience with THIN COATING MACHINES IS A HUGE PLUS! Monitor equipment operations daily

to confirm proper performance; repair and replace parts as needed. Support projects involving upgrades, construction, and facility upkeep. Document all maintenance activities and repairs in logs and systems. Work with team leads, engineers, and operators to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues. What You Bring

At least 3-5 years of

industrial or commercial maintenance experience

(NOT RESIDENTIAL). Hands-on skills in

electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, or mechanical systems. Ability to use diagnostic equipment, multimeters, hand tools, and power tools. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and self-starter attitude. MS Office skills for logging and reporting. Certifications (HVAC/Refrigeration, EPA, OSHA)

are a plus. The Details

Salary ranges between $24-$28+/hr (There is a 10% shift differential for those working 2nd shift) Benefits: Start

on

Day 1

- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Holidays, and

3 weeks PTO to start. Requirements: Must pass a background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical. MUST BE CLEAN SHAVEN

Pay Details:

$24.00 to $31.00 per hour
