PCC Event Assistant
The primary role of the PCC Event Assistant is to support PCC Cooking Classes by providing excellent customer service to students and assisting Chef Instructors with classroom set up, prep, and clean up. Additionally, PCC Event Assistants will assist, as needed, with PCC Events that are held in-store and offsite. Job Locations

Greets students and provides excellent, professional customer service throughout their visit to PCC. Assists with Chef Instructor food prep as directed, sets up classroom, and helps facilitate an excellent class experience. May be asked to shop for ingredients or additional support as needed or directed by instructor. Cleans up after class and ensures classroom and equipment is clean and ready for next class. Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met. Cleans refrigerator, ovens and stove top as needed. Consistently follows all PCC policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Acts as a PCC brand ambassador while assisting in the success of in-store and offsite events for both members and non-members by following the run of show gameplans for event setup, flow, and breakdown. Proven ability to provide excellent, professional customer service Demonstrated organizational skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends Ability to work 3 days per week minimum Comfortable working with children and adults Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail Proven ability to practice safe cleaning methods and product handling Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, and lifting 10 to 30 lbs. on a regular basis Must be at least 18 years of age Benefits and Perks
