Position offers a starting salary range of $104,000.00- $133.000.00 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA Define and lead the enterprise reporting and analytics strategy across HR and related functions. Establish and maintain a centralized report catalog to ensure consistency and accessibility. Design and develop Workday reports (advanced, composite, and matrix) or leverage your ERP/BI reporting skills to build impactful analytics solutions. Create datasets, pipelines, and dashboards with Workday Prism Analytics and Worksheets that translate data into actionable insights. Write and optimize SQL queries and ETL pipelines-supporting everything from deduplication to dimensional modeling. Partner with the Integrations team to ensure data flows securely and seamlessly between Workday, Snowflake, and other platforms. Conduct data profiling and cleansing to improve data integrity and usability across systems. Train and guide HR analysts, report writers, and business users to strengthen self-service reporting capabilities. Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and modeling technical and analytical excellence. Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping shape reporting best practices, governance, and security. Bridge the gap between strategy and execution-delivering scalable solutions that advance our data culture. Knowledge You Should Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Information Systems Management with 5-7 years of experience, or 8 years without a degree, in advanced reporting using Workday or similar ERP/HCM platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM OTBI, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Pro, ADP DataCloud). 3+ years working with advanced analytics tools such as SQL/BI backgrounds (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, or similar) who can ramp quickly are encouraged to apply. Experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse. Proven ability to design and maintain ETL/data pipelines, conduct data profiling, and ensure data integrity. Solid understanding of data governance, security models, and reporting best practices in an enterprise environment. Clear, confident communication skills-able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders. A balance of strategic vision with hands-on problem-solving. An attached resume is required. Exceptional Candidates Might Have

Direct experience with Workday Prism datasets, pipelines, and dashboards. Strong SQL expertise, including complex joins, common table expressions, and windowing functions. Familiarity with Workday Extend or Studio integrations. Background in HR, Finance, or related functional domains. Experience enabling self-service reporting capabilities and mentoring junior team members. Curiosity to expand beyond reporting into Workday security, business processes, and other functional areas. For external candidates, if you live within 25 miles of one of our facilities, we ask that you work onsite at least 4 days per week to foster collaboration and team connection.
