Adecco is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our client site in Richmond, VA. In this role, you'll manage the full-cycle recruiting process-from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and supporting associates throughout their assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
Manage job postings and proactively source talent through multiple recruiting platforms (Indeed, job boards & referrals)
Conduct interviews, verify references, and assess applicant qualifications against client needs
Oversee the onboarding process including background checks, I-9 verification, and new hire orientations
Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and safety standards
Partner with supervisors to monitor performance metrics, workforce planning, and staffing levels
Provide coaching, counseling, and employee relations support to associates
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, associates, and leadership teams
Qualifications
1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- OR - 2+ years of customer service or HR support in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled in relationship building and conflict resolution
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Proven ability to meet deadlines, achieve hiring goals, and deliver results under pressure
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable learning new technology/software
Pay Details:
$22.00 to $25.00 per hour
