Sr. Solutions Architect III
As Sr. Solutions Architect III (Artificial Intelligence), you'll lead with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in architecting, designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable AI solutions. The successful candidate will lead a team of full stack software, data, and AI/ML engineers and play a critical hands-on role in architecting, deploying, and managing AI solutions to generate insights and increase the value of data flowing through our customer's modern data exchange capability. What You'll Do: Lead planning, development, and deployment of AI components and services Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize AI solution performance, security, and cost-effectiveness. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes, enabling rapid and reliable software delivery. Monitor AI solution performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively optimize systems for maximum efficiency. Drive security best practices throughout the AI solution portfolio, implementing measures to safeguard data, applications, and services. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to minimize downtime. What You'll Need To Succeed: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a AI Architect, Lead or similar role. Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree. Active TS/SCI + CI Poly. Expert-level hands-on experience architecting, designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, scalable, and secure AI solutions in the cloud at IL6+. Proficiency in AWS with a deep understanding of cloud services at IL6+. Strong experience with architecting, designing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions involving methods such as generative AI, RAG, NLP, deep learning, and LLMs. Expert level hands-on experience with designing and developing DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines. Expert level hands-on experience with one or more of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, JavaScript. Strong experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Strong experience leading, managing, and mentoring a "two pizza team" of full stack engineers responsible for component implementation, testing, and automated CI/CD. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex system issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. SALARY RANGE: $217,000 - $318,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including: The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include: Performance-based bonuses Company-paid training and/or certifications Referral bonuses This role may also be eligible for bonuses and/or additional incentives based on individual and company performance.
