VCA Central Kitsap Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our exceptional team! Location: 2238 NW Bucklin Hill Rd Suite 100, Silverdale, WA 98383 Compensation: $18 - $22 / hr Schedule: FT days including weekends What You'll Do:

As a member of VCA Central Kitsap Animal Hospital, you will support the team by fostering a positive and low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Skills that will be utilized may include, but are not limited to: Assist veterinarians and technicians with exams and procedures Take patient histories and perform TPRs (temperature, pulse, respiration) Restrain animals safely and compassionately Prepare and clean exam rooms Assist with radiographs, lab sample collection, and basic in-house diagnostics Maintain accurate medical records and support charting Provide client education and ensure excellent service during visits Support surgery prep and recovery as needed Help maintain a clean, stocked, and organized hospital environment Some of the Many Benefits We Provide:
