Qualifications
The Talent Acquisition Specialist should preferably hold a BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent experience. The role requires: At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in talent acquisition or recruitment within a large corporate environment. In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry from concept to pre-clinical stages. Fully bilingual in the regional language and English, required in certain markets. Experience with Workday is a plus. Experience with direct sourcing or recruitment agencies, especially within manufacturing and union environments. Ability to provide initial feedback for internal and external candidates. Manage the offer process, including pre-employment screening and offer development. Ability to build strong university relations.
