Transformation Architect
Join us as a key architect in driving and accelerating our transformation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, and strategic partners to ensure our organization is aligned, adaptive, and future-ready. You will lead organizational design efforts, enable complex change at scale, and develop forward-thinking workforce strategies, particularly as AI and automation reshape the retail landscape.
What You'll Do
Develop a standardized approach to organizational design, including function redesign, span-of-control, and structural assessments, while partnering with HRBPs for effective execution.
Conduct thorough research and benchmarking to inform our organizational design and effectiveness strategies.
Collaborate with leaders to design operating models that align with our strategic pillars, clarifying roles, capabilities, governance, and decision rights.
Facilitate critical discussions to ensure organizational alignment and optimization.
Work with People Analytics to define KPIs, dashboards, and reports that monitor organizational effectiveness and highlight areas for improvement.
Build and implement an enterprise change model and methodology, including change roadmaps, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, and leadership activation strategies.
Lead the people aspect of significant enterprise transformations (including tech, digital, AI, and strategic initiatives) with structured change strategies and clear roadmaps.
Create methodologies and collaborate with Strategy and Internal Communications to ensure consistent messaging, tools, and learning solutions that enhance engagement and adoption.
Develop workforce planning models, address skill gaps (including those driven by AI), and initiate reskilling, upskilling, and talent mobility programs.
Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business executives, translating organizational goals into actionable people strategies and managing complex programs with a focused approach.

What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Prosci or a similar Change Management certification.
10+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, HR strategy, or transformational roles.
Proven expertise in leading enterprise-level change and organizational design projects within large, matrixed environments.
Strong knowledge in operating model transformation, capability building, and change leadership.
Exceptional executive presence, facilitation skills, and consulting acumen.
Preferred
Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSOD, IO Psychology).
Experience in retail, consumer, or technology-driven sectors.
Familiarity with organizational network analysis (ONA), strategic workforce planning tools, or AI impact modeling.
Six Sigma certification.
