What youll do
This isnt just project management. Its about guiding clients through complexity and helping them adopt crypto at scale. Youll work at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations - ensuring our customers see value quickly and sustainably. Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, from kick-off to post-go-live support Understand each clients business model and help configure Cryptio to fit their workflows Map fund flows and align our platform with their reporting and finance stack Drive adoption by making clients confident, trained, and autonomous by the end of implementation Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and guiding them through challenges Were looking for someone who
Has 24+ years of experience in consulting, ERP/enterprise software implementation, or financial services (Big 4 or fintech background a plus) Brings deep subject matter expertise in accounting, reconciliation, loans, and crypto concepts Has worked in client-facing roles, ideally onboarding or implementing enterprise software Understands financial workflows, accounting principles, and reporting systems Is familiar with APIs, integrations, and technical architecture Communicates equally well with technical teams and executive stakeholders Takes a consultative, problem-solving approach and thrives in multi-stakeholder environments Why youll love this role
Youll work directly with some of the biggest names in stablecoins, DeFi, and banking; shaping how institutions adopt crypto. Youll be more than an implementer. Youll be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate crypto finance better than they can on their own. Youll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence Cryptios roadmap and improve our implementation processes. Youll gain broad exposure to diverse business models: exchanges, custodians, wallets, foundations, miners, gaming companies, and more. At Cryptio, ramp-up is intense.
