The
Facilities Coordinator
assists in the care and upkeep of all buildings and grounds and is responsible for campus pre- and post-event activities. This includes setting up and tearing down for weekend services and special events. The role collaborates with Christ Fellowship staff and volunteers to ensure buildings are well-maintained and properly functioning. All candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. JOB DUTIES: Serve as the Project Manager for capital projects, overseeing their execution. Lead and develop Facilities staff and volunteer teams. Provide resources, training, and encouragement to teams. Process and prioritize Work Orders actively. Build and communicate weekly team schedules. Oversee setup and tear-down of facilities for services, meetings, and events on and off campus. Maintain buildings and grounds with custodial support, minor repairs, and general maintenance. Support and enforce policies such as OSHA rules and safety regulations. Logistically support campus events (e.g., At the Movies, Easter/Christmas, 4th Saturday Serve). Handle special projects assigned by the Campus Pastor and/or Central Director. Operate vehicles, power tools, and equipment safely. Respond to emergencies and alarm calls. Assist with HVAC programming and monitoring. Inspect building conditions regularly. Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors. Assist with tasks and projects assigned by Central Facilities. EDUCATION: High School Diploma required. CERTIFICATIONS OR LICENSES: Florida Driver's License required. RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
