Work in an assembly production environment to maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and key performance indicators. Candidate will be able to work with a wide range of departments within the organization such as manufacturing engineering, advanced manufacturing engineer, product engineering, facilities, quality, and safety. We have an excellent culture of collaboration and teamwork within our group and working within the entire organization. Candidate will be tasked with troubleshooting equipment and gages, designing and implementing process improvements, and maintaining document control. Candidate will gain experience in GD&T, print reading, and measuring parts to specifications, which could include CMM usage. Candidate will also have the opportunity to use Oracle, Teamcenter, PCDMIS, Siemens NX, Inventor, Lighthouse, and configuration control software programs. Key Responsibilities & Your Day-to-Day

Evaluate non-conforming product and work with the Quality Engineer to disposition Work with engineering team to solve problems and implement process improvements Update and maintain document changes Work on projects such as designing new tooling / gages Give presentations in meetings such as daily scrap costs Use gages to measure and sort potential suspect product Gage R&R studies What You Bring

Strong computer skills using programs such as Microsoft Office CAD software experience is beneficial Mechanical skills are beneficial Good communication skills Must be able to physically be on their feet the majority of the day and move up and down stairs Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher Anticipated Graduation of December 2026 or May 2027 Ability to work full-time during the Spring Term - 1/5/26 - 5/15/26 Legal authorization to work in the United States Sponsorship will not be provided for this role Why Copeland?
