What does a Manufacturing Process Engineer Intern do at Swire Coca-Cola? Manufacturing Process Engineer Interns assist with identifying and driving out losses through the development of standards and systems. They support the daily activities of the production line(s) and/or processing areas. Additionally, you will help develop a water usage map and mass balance for the plant as well as analyze operational losses of syrup across the plant. Job Details: This position is for a summer Internship from May 2026 - August 2026
Responsibilities: Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies Partner with the Quality team focusing on syrup yields and water treatment Work with the Plant Leadership to carry forward and execute improvements Identify 1-3 actions to reduce water and/or syrup losses and create a project charter and scope of each action
Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2026 or later
