Lead HVAC Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to service and maintain 12 properties within a 20-minute radius of Roseville/St. Paul. The role involves preventative maintenance, repairs, and tenant improvement tasks across various facilities. Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical fixtures. Conduct tenant improvement tasks including handyman duties, light fixture repairs, and bulb replacements. Engage in general painting, carpentry, and construction patch work. Handle building automation, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks. Essential Skills
5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance. Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, and boiler maintenance. Skills in carpentry, painting, drywall, and fixture installation. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Special Boilers License (Preferred) EPA Certification Strong customer service skills due to high tenant interaction in commercial facilities. Why Work Here?
