Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Controls Analyst to support large-scale data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project controls including cost management, scheduling integration, forecasting, risk analysis, and reporting. This role will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with financial and operational goals. Key Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections throughout the project lifecycle Manage commitment tracking, contract change management, accruals, and invoice approvals Lead monthly cost review sessions, preparing detailed variance reports and executive-level summaries Partner with finance teams on accrual reporting, cost-to-complete projections, and project financial closeouts Schedule & Planning Integration

Collaborate with schedulers to align cost forecasts with project milestones and timelines Track progress against baseline schedules, highlighting variances and potential delays Provide input on schedule-driven financial impacts and resource allocation needs Maintain and update project risk registers; quantify cost and schedule impacts of identified risks Proactively flag risks, trends, and opportunities that may affect project cost or delivery Track, validate, and manage change orders to ensure alignment with contractual requirements Reporting & Analytics

Build and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into cost, schedule, and risk metrics across programs Prepare and distribute reports for stakeholders including project managers, executives, and external partners Analyze KPIs to identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and improve project performance Partner with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure transparency in reporting Standardize project controls processes across regions, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards Support global program initiatives by documenting lessons learned and integrating best practices Facilitate audits, financial reviews, and executive reporting as required Requirements

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline 5+ years of experience in project controls, cost management, or project management in construction Experience with data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial projects strongly preferred Proficiency in cost control and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Unifier, Procore, or equivalent Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling Familiarity with ERP or financial systems such as SAP or Oracle Knowledge of Earned Value Management, forecasting methodologies, and KPI tracking Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior executives Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
