Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate quick and easy closings Always be consulting by providing clients with your best service and advice to nurture relationships and generate repeat and referral business Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and neighborhoods Hold buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and find suitable homes Maintain consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Qualifications
Self-motivation and drive Past sales experience is preferred Good organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and social skills Compensation
