Johnson & Johnson Technology Services is recruiting for a Manager, SAP BTP Platform Services Maintenance and Operations, supporting Corporate sectors for North America. This position is based in Raritan, NJ or New Brunswick, NJ. This opportunity sits within the Technology Services Supply Chain organization, working with the Director of Advanced Technology. The Service Maintenance and Operations Manager will supervise the operation and maintenance of all North America SAP-Finance sector services and provide direct leadership for SAP BTP Platform Service Administration and Maintenance, ensuring the platform is stable, secure, and optimized for performance. A key responsibility is to ensure the efficient and expeditious recovery of services in the event of any disruption, minimizing impact to business operations. This role works across teams with a proactive approach to maintaining high service standards in a multifaceted environment. Responsibilities

Lead or support full project lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support Drive MVP development, testing strategies, system landscape planning, and achievement of project objectives Lead high?performing teams and foster continuous process improvement Collaborate with clients and SAP Practice teams to understand business needs and build effective SAP BTP solutions Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient technical architectures Demonstrate deep proficiency in SAP BTP services, including SAP Cloud Platform, data management, analytics, and application development Maintain solid understanding of SAP products such as BTP, FIORI, ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Web Dispatcher, cloud connectors, and satellite systems Use APIs and integration tools to build robust solutions Lead integration of SAP BTP with SAP S/4HANA (private cloud), other SAP modules, and non?SAP enterprise systems Guide multi?functional teams on system integrations, data flows, and security within the SAP BTP environment Ensure SAP BTP environments meet security, compliance, and performance standards tailored to client contexts Partner with internal team members, Enterprise Architects, and SAP Solution Architects to implement SAP BTP strategies Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Build and cultivate relationships across geographies and cultures Monitor platform performance, patching, and infrastructure management Conduct system assessments, performance tuning, and optimization Stay current with industry trends and SAP BTP standard methodologies Lead or support full project lifecycles from requirements capturing to deployment and support Assist with project delivery, ensuring alignment with business outcomes Apply systematic problem?solving approaches with accountability and ownership Identify issues and implement timely, effective solutions Focus on business outcomes and prioritize team goals Seek and apply feedback to support personal and team growth Qualifications

Bachelors degree required A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience as a System Architect required Experience supporting SAP applications and platform with understanding of servers, applications architecture, system connectivity, platform design, storage, databases and compliance processes required Current and/or prior people management experience required Knowledge of business processes in SAP/other ERP services preferred Knowledge of front?end tools using FIORI, UI5; knowledge of integration design preferred SAP BTP App Development & Integration, BTP Architecture and Design, S/4HANA, SAP BW/ECC, cloud technologies all preferred SAP BTP Certifications (Solution Architect / Integration) preferred Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

$100,000 - $172,500 USD Subject to the terms of the respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in company sponsored benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, paid time off, and other programs.
