As a Manager of Analytics, you will lead a team of Analysts focused on driving thoughtful and meaningful insights to key business problems through data visualization, data analytics, and actionable insight generation. Responsibilities
Strong leadership foundation with experience coaching, leading, and training Analysts to grow their skillsets. Translate complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Ability to manage request inventory with strong ability to manage stakeholders, provide proactive communication, prioritize appropriately, and meet targeted deadlines. Improve workflow processes, maintenance, and support teammates. Experience with Tableau development and strong data visualization understanding to support developing meaningful analytical insights. Ability to challenge the status quo to identify and support transformative change. Strong foundational business/revenue cycle knowledge to support problem-solving ability. Other Duties
Champions the DaVita Mission & Values. Collaborates with other leaders to develop a strong understanding of key business priorities. Provides thought-partnership to other Revenue Operations teams, providing options, considerations, and recommendations from a data lens. Ability to communicate thoughtfully and concisely to senior leaders. Up to 30% travel may be required at times; though typical travel is 5-10%. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Experience leading others Experience analyzing business operations, data, or processes Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint required Basic proficiency in SQL and Tableau 5-10 years of total work experience in progressive roles Experience or degree in a healthcare related field strongly preferred At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second.
