Job Description The Mobile Water & Integrated Services (MWIS) division is seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Leader to join their team in the West Texas region. This key leadership role will involve building and leading a team of twenty professionals responsible for providing exceptional customer service and account management for the company's water and wastewater treatment solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess an industrial or technical background, preferably in the water and wastewater treatment industry, with proven experience in customer and account management, as well as team leadership. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of Water Tech's operations in the West Texas region. The Site Leader will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through effective account management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Optimizes operations by creating, implementing & managing continuous improvement projects in the areas of: chemical & utility usage, wastewater treatment, water treatment equipment performance, procurement

Ensures the site maintains sufficient supply of critical chemicals and production parts

Delivers regular reporting of production activities, including, but not limited to, standard SAP

Tableau and locally generated reports

Utilizes KPIs to adjust production activities accordingly

Motivates employees through inclusiveness, tangible rewards & recognition, & strategic developmental plans

Champions integrity & ethical work practices

Leads by example & develops close working relationships with the plant staff, vendors, customers & leaders

Participates in the selection, interviewing & hiring of new production employees

Responsible for all Field Service operational metrics within the assigned customer base, including Environmental, Health and Safety, quality of service, utilization, commercial development, and cost to serve

Own operation of the contract, and management of customer relations in the assigned customer base

Responsible for lifecycle management of all assets within the assigned customer base, ensuring the team has the necessary tools and skills to prevent failures and deterioration of equipment

Co-own revenue numbers with commercial leaders

Help identify and drive productivity projects in the region

Participate in the commissioning and start-up phases of the new plant

Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college

At least 5 years of operations or management experience

Ability to read and interpret instructions and safety manuals

Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Mathematical skills, including math operations in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, ratios, and percentages

Ability and willingness to work in a range of environments to included but not limited to industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilities

Desired Characteristics

BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of water treatment processes, including deionization, softening, reverse osmosis and deoxygenation is preferred

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing process and/or Six Sigma

Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety Regulations

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and awareness

Demonstrated leadership skills

Demonstrated teamwork skills
