Senior Program Analyst
at US Cyber Command, Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), you will play a critical role in supporting our nation's cyber defense mission. Provide Financial Summaries to Government Leadership, Portfolio, and LNO Teams, with the latest Command-wide numbers for Budget and Execution, including: Rolled-up Command numbers Updating J-Book entries for accurate spend plans Deep dive analysis across Service Components, JDIR, and Projects Recommending corrections to the POM database Assist government leads, Stakeholders, and LNOs with Staffer Day financial summaries for Budget and Execution. Help sort J8 SIPR Database releases, including Discretionary and Mandatory Summaries, to analyze funded requests across portfolios. Support J8, J9, and LNOs with Topline Summaries to reflect changes in PDM, Presidential Budget Requests, and funding lines. Facilitate updates to Congressional Justifications. Track tasks related to the DoD PPBE process (EBC/POM). Prepare for high-level portfolio development with critical mission needs requiring detailed documentation as EBC approaches.
An active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly is required. Master's degree with 10 years of SETA, Acquisition, or technical experience, or Bachelor's with 12 years, or HS/AS with 16 years of experience. Ability to manage team dynamics and liaise across DoD, Intelligence Community, and other agencies. Flexibility to handle multiple actions simultaneously and resolve urgent matters. Experience supporting large portfolios, including workflow activities, briefings, financial reviews, and coordination. PMI PMP certification or equivalent is desired.
