Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire the team, maintain the highest standards of food quality and service, and ensure smooth execution in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability Lead, train, and mentor team members to ensure exceptional service standards Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and quality controls Monitor financial performance, control costs, and achieve revenue goals Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, and health regulations Foster a positive and professional workplace culture that supports growth and retention Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fine dining setting Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams Proven ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience while managing operational details High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Why Join Us
