Key Responsibilities
Auto Damage Appraisal
Conduct inspections and appraisals on vehicles to assess PDR feasibility and repair costs Prepare accurate estimates using industry software (e.g., CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) Collaborate with technicians to ensure repairs align with PDR best practices and cost-efficiency
Business Operations Support
Assist in vendor management for PDR supplies and equipment Analyze regional repair data to identify trends and improve operational workflows Support national service coordination (e.g., scheduling, client communication) Contribute to compliance efforts (e.g., insurance audits, safety protocols)
Travel Requirements
Some travel is required to inspect vehicles and support regional operations All travel expenses will be covered by the company
Qualifications
3+ years of auto damage appraisal experience (PDR expertise preferred) Proficiency in estimating software and PDR techniques Strong negotiation skills for client/vendor interactions Knowledge of insurance regulations and GL audits Optional: I-CAR certification or similar credentials
