They're looking for a Preconstruction Manager to take care of their complex Healthcare Construction projects who is service-oriented, curious, and appreciates innovation.
Job Description
Take-off and pricing tasks Coordinate subcontractor bids and budgeting processes Assist in estimating and tab sheet preparation Apply cost knowledge to develop Conceptual and Schematic Level Budgets with provided information Help manage client and design team expectations regarding costs, schedules, logistics, and quality Coordinate closely with Field Operations Teams Meeting with clients and design teams, and developing strategies to attract new clients Maintain and nurture relationships with Trade Partners, staying informed on current pricing, labor demands, and material lead times Conduct budget presentations with clients, design teams, and internal project teams Participate in pre-bid efforts in collaboration with Trade Partners, ensuring a smooth bidding process MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
3-10+ years of estimating/preconstruction management experience Experience with specialized healthcare renovations, medical office buildings, ground up healthcare, higher education, religious projects, and/or other commercial work Understanding of LEAN Construction concepts is a plus Able to read drawings and specifications Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality What's on Offer
